Back around 1960, a guy from Marion County in Ohio bought a new
Oliver
tractor
and made up a wagon to resemble a Conestoga wagon type. He and his
whole family
drove from Marion Ohio to either Oregon or Washington state. That had
to be one long
ride ! Think his last name was Clark.
The local news paper had nearly a day by day story of the trip.
