[AT] New tiling rig?

There is one of those Krupp bucket wheel excavators near hear at PCS
Phosphate's Aurora NC Lee Creek Mine. I don't think it is as big as the
one in the link but when it was built it was the biggest ever. It was on
the Monstor Machines show on TV a while back.
