[Farmall] F12 Timing

I think the impulse is probably dirty, not damaged since it is firing 2 
cylinders in order. If it were firing 4 and 2 or 3 and 1 I would suspect 
something is broke. Soak it in penetrating oil and it should free up. If you 
have the time pull the mag and you can clean it a lot better. Remember, one 
revolution of the crank should give you 2 clicks on the impulse.

There are timing marks on the flywheel, you should be able to acess them 
under the bottom of the bell housing. Most folks can manage without one but 
an F-series service manual can prove very enlghtning to anyone. Rice has 
them.
