Dan you beat me to it.  I was about to make that same offer.  Mattias, take 
Dan up on the offer.  They are inexpensive so you will not be placing a 
burden on him.   Don't worry, while you might not add grits to your list of 
favorite foods, they are mild tasting and certainly do not taste bad.

Dan, send him a big box so he can experiment!
