Get a small pump and pump the liquid out into a  barrel then disassemble the 
tire and rim from there you can see what needs to be  done. I know its a lot 
of work but just about the only way to do it correctly.  You can take them into 
a tire shop that does tractor tires they usely charge  around $30 to remove 
and replace them.
