I didn't see on the list  but I was looking at some  old   gas literature  
(grampa's dad  was the gas truck driver for  the   Indiana Co-op)  and it said   
they   sold  a HIGH  octane of  75...  
 
 
he drove  from  1931-1959    ( he started  out  with no pump-- used 5gal 
measuring cans  and a ladder to fill  tanks -- got a pump in 1950  then  they took 
the  pump off   when he turn 63  so as to force him to retire before he got a 
retirement  --- it worked   you ever lift 5gal of gas up a ladder to fill a 
200gal  tank?)
