[AT] OT: I lost my best friend today

Leroy, Not having known my father I can't have  all those wonderful memories 
of his guidance that he left you with. I wish I had  those memories but he is 
gone now too and I have to rely on people like you to  tell me what it could 
have been like.  I guess I will never know how one  feels when he looses a 
great friend as a Father would have been but I as I get  older and hear from 
others like you I can see now what I missed out  on.
Please, you have my deepest sympathies and I hope that you recover soon  from 
the loss.
