[Farmall] F12 Timing

Mine only impulses once per revolution. That may be some of my cranking 
problem. I will make sure I pull on the stroke that impulses. I have a show 
to go to this weekend, after that I'm going to take the mag off. I don't 
think I have the fire I should either. Once it cranks it runs good.
