IH Hy-tran fluid would be the best but you can use non detergent oil.  But if the system is operating full stroke, it is probably something other than fluid level.

  slow - I'm assuming it needs some more hyd fluid - the manual calls for 
  "Touch Control Fluid" but the Fleet Farm guy has no idea what that is.  What 
  can I use that is available at the store?  Will non-detergent 30W work?
