[AT] Type of planter?

Good afternoon!  With Greg gone, I need to tap into the
accumulated wisdom of the List.  Am trying to help the local
AG students with a project for their crops unit.  They are
required to know what a "luster planter" is. The shiny
glazed ceramic houseplant planter is not the correct answer.
Are any of you guys familiar with this?  Any help would be
appreciated.

BTW, Greg and his brother-in-law are out West touring the
Grand Canyon and environs (including Las Vegas)
