[AJD] Classic Green Rattle Cans

        I purchased numerous cans of Classic Green while living in Texas.  I believe that they were purchased during '97, '98, '99 if my memory serves me correctly.  Moved back to Pennsylvania in 2000 and of course brought those cans along. After I got my garage/shop built and finished inside, I started the restoration of my Texan 530...  Back here in PA, I have purchased numerous cans of Classic Green from my Deere dealer.  Last fall, I started to paint parts of the tractor, using the Texas paint first and when that was all, I switched to the new paint.  I could not detect and difference in the shade of the paint.  I do believe that Deere has a new supplier for the paint since the old paint seemed heavier and less fluid.  When I read your question, I remembered that while painting the heat shield for under the fuel tank, I ran out of the old paint and switched to the new stuff so today I went out and brought that piece out into the sunlight.  I could not detect any differen!

 shade... Possibly my old eyes but they seemed the same to me.. My thoughts !!
