Did you hit the very end of the axle with a sledge hammer? After doing the
things you had and driving my 530 with the bolts loose for 6 months, Someone
had this problem and wrote an article in either Green Magazine or the 2
Cylinder magazine. The response was to use a sledge on the end of the axle.
One hit on the 530 axle and the wheel was free.
