I am a Workers Comp RN Medical Case Manager.  To give in a nutshell, I 
am contracted by the insurance company, however I work for the injured.  
I coordinate care by maintaining contact with patients, MD's, insurance 
adjusters and lawyers, and try to get the worker back to work quickly 
and safely.  I attend every MD appointment and keep weekly contact with 
the patient.  So far, I love it.
