[AT] Multimeters--recomendation?

I don't require a ton of accuracy in a meter but I do want one with an 
auto-shut down and a short warning other than a frying or popping sound. My 
biggest complaint about them is the really crappy leads most of them have. I 
usually make my own leads. Gil
