[AT] Multimeters--recomendation?

Flukes are probably the gold-standard.  I have a couple.  Depends on what 
you use the meter for and how much accuracy you need.  My last meter cost 
under $10 at Harbor Freight!  It works fine where high precision isn't 
needed.
