[Farmall] Powder Coating Wheels

I have three Farmalls.  All have wheels that look like they were painted 
with sand -- that is, they have rough surface texture.  Possibly they are 
made as sand castings -- I don't know.  However, the roughness appears to 
be normal.  If you have something too smooth the "correct police" may 
descend on you!!
