[Steam-engine] M. RUMELY SERIAL NUMBER LIST

Hi Paul,

I forwarded the message to Dennis Rupert (President of the Rumely
Collectors) last night and he copied me on the list that he sent to Steve.
Dennis believes the engine to be a 1916.

If I can get this list to accept the file, I will post it.
