A Year ago February IHC and Ford formed a joint venture on engines and some 
truck parts.  At the time I was trying to get a Sterling delivered.  The IHC 
dealer would not supply a Marmon Herrington 4WD for the truck we were ordering, 
so I had to go to Sterling.  the Sterling has a Ford interior......   Sterling 
is made by Freightliner of Canada..   The IHC would make a good truck if 
supplied as cab and chassis.  Theere is a Chevrolet around here that is built like 
that.  The guy uses it to pull a backhoe.   The dually Bed is so high off the 
ground you have to have a stepladder to reach over the side....  My only 
complaint on this IHC is that the all wheel drive is made by Meritor... Never did 
like their axles.....
