[AT] 1641 Starter/Was problem with 1641

The wobble extension helps a little bit, but not enough.  There's just
not enough end clearance to get a regular socket in place.  And of
course, there's zero side clearance.

Harbor freight sells a set of "wobble extensions" for sockets.
This might help with that inaccessible bolt.
