[AT] Tire ballast - antifreeze wins

Larry alot of mail boxs with the same name on them up there also if you get
my drift....  Also Barnes Corners around Watertown,lowville area is supposed
to be the most snow fall in NY state I believe it is in what they call "Tug
Hill" area gets dumped on from the lake and elevation changes.  ED
