	Thanks, Gil. I don't know what it proves except that the
Internet is slowing down mail from groups, I guess. Groups like
our List in particular. I don't see how it can help them but then
I am not familiar with their problems. Maybe in my case, Time
Warner doesn't want to spend any of the millions it makes running
all those ads to upgrade their computer servers so they can handle
normal traffic.
