Hose barb is a very simple fitting with 1/8 - 1/4 and on up with pipe
threads that will thread into the bottom of the bowl when you take out the
drain cock. The clear hose you slip over the end of the fitting that is
sticking out , a simple hose clamp will stop any leaks? Now if you hold this
clear tube up along side the carb you can see exactly where the gas level is
in the carb bowl.
