[AT] 730 JD Power steering

Does anyone on the list have experience with the power steering on a 730 JD?
A friend of mine has just had his apart and now when he cranks the engine it
will turn all the way in one direction and stays there.  If he shuts the
engine down, it will steer manually.

He ask me to help him with it, but I have no experience with a 730.
