Just a suggestion but perhaps the best source might be just be the
government for information even surplus parts. They used Wisconsin's
exclusively on about everything portable from 1950-1985, 1-4 cylinder. I
would start by searching the model number and crossing to a government
National Stock Number. If the unit every was bought by the Gov. they have
parts and repair manuals in stock at GPO.
