I have a good tractor friend who retired to Cumming, GA.  (He reminded
me there is no 's')  I forwarded your inquiry; here's his response:

The closest and best airport is 25 miles east in Gainesville, GA, ph 

770-532-4136 or 4137.   They are open sunrise to sunset every day.
There 

is a modest tiedown fee for small planes.   They also operate a car
rental 

at the airport.

Cumming Fairgrounds contact is David Horton or Tracy Helms at
770-781-3486. Yes, the 4th Annual Show is Nov 12 & 13, 2004, at Cumming
Fairgrounds, which 

is one block southwest of Forsyth County Courthouse in downtown Cumming.
Past years we have had over 100 tractors, over 100 small engines, and
over 

15 steam traction engines.
