	In some parts of the country, a "whizzer" is what you do out
behind the shop when you don't have a bathroom. ha ha ha ha

	I agree, George, you try to do the right thing and then you run
up against the bureaucrats who know all the rules that are written and
want to make a big deal out of things. If you were lucky enough to find
one that would help you instead of telling you all the things you cannot
do, it would be great.
