I'm replace the old, worn wiring harness on by '52 B.  As I replacing the
starter wires on the starter motor switch, it occurred to me that this seem
to be a poor place to put a starter.  If a farmer took the tractor through a
stream, it would be possible to soak the starter.  Does anyone know why JD
placed the starter on nearly the lowest point on the tractor?
