Sounds like the block could be cracked, if you had the head off did you
check the cylinders to see if there was any scoring or cavataion ?  did you
surface the block and head before setting it? theres other stuff for water
leaks at the parts house , yes some folks use the egg preservative.

Hello, I'm new to the list and would be grateful for some help with my AC-C.
When she sits for awhile and I check the oil it is full of coolant. This is
a cracked block no? The head is off so I could check if I put the gasket on
wrong but I didn't. A friend told me about putting egg preservative in the
coolant to seal the cracks.Has anyone heard of this?
