[AT] Case 430 was used tires

I would first look into water or Calcium in the  tires then go to wheel 
weights that bolt right onto the wheels these can add  over 400 lb. per wheel.  
Weight on the back can cause problems when turning  cause the tractor to be 
unstable and tip over.
