I used to have a 1/2in-1/2in coupler. To find out if you are in the ball park, you could couple the two together and set the suspect wrench to a specific torque and watch the dial on the other and see where it breaks. Certainly no way to calibrate, but you could get a pretty close approximation how far off you are or aren't. Clark F-20
