[Farmall] calibrating torque wrench

I have the extravagant equipment to test one.  Of course, it hasn't had its 
calibration checked in a long time either, but I doubt it has drifted much. 
Bring your torque wrenches next time you are in the neighborhood. :-)  Too 
bad the phone company doesn't send you down here any more.
