Is the issue on the Oregon ballot that you're referring to an Initiative or
Proposition and do you happen to know the number of it off hand?  I'd like
to pull it up and read a bit about it.

Farmer out here in Oregon we are voting on a  prop. To make the government
pay up or drop their silly regs that hurt us and  lower property value I
hope to
collect on it myself this next year for the  stupid thing they did me this
summer.
