I am pretty sure it is two things: 1. a Farmall BN and 2. a DR powered 
wheel barrow. It is a walk-behind arrangement pretty much just like it 
sounds, except it has 4 wheels, not one.

Lots of "insert tab A into slot B". I have a feeling that would make a 
good project only if you had several friends helping (and they saved the 
beer for after it was all done!).
