YES! why would you want to replace a cracked rim  with the same type, I would 
want to replace all of them with a rim that would  not crack my life is worth 
more than the few dollars that it would take. 
I  am sure any tire shop would have new replacement rims that would suit your 
case  and would be a lot safer to ride on at 60 MPH.
