[AT] Gas Tank sending unit needed

Yup, that's just plain stupid Walt!  I guess I just assumed what my local IH
mechanic was correct or I misunderstood.  He told me the original IH Gauge
worked fine with the Massey sending unit until you mounted the gauge in the
dash where it was grounded, then the whole thing went @ss backwards.  If we
decided to mount it in rubber it would work fine until the rubber wore
through and shorted everything out.  That's where we came up with the
positive/negative ground thing.  The sending unit was made for a 6 volt
negative ground tractor but may have absolutely nothing to do with why it
makes the gauge go crazy when mounted in the dash.  In any event the Massey
sending unit is incompatible with the IH gauge when everything is mounted
and hooked up properly.
