Funny you should say this. I just bought a trailer with the EZ lube hubs
http://www.dexteraxle.com/e_z_lube_system and the seals apparently leak. The
previous owner did not realize or care. I took one drum off and there was
more grease inside than enough. I hope I can clean the shoes well enough
since other than the grease they are new.

Also, would there be any problems with grease being pushed into the
brake housing rendering the brakes less effective?
