[AJD] Delco Starter Brush Shield

I solved this problem by shearing sheet metal strips to the desired width
and having a freind of mine who makes steel rule dies to do the bending for
me. Mine close with screw and nut, no way to do the spring latch that was
sometimes used. Not everyone has a shear nor access to a steel rule
diemaker- but it is a way to get them made.
