[AT] 6-volt distrubtor ignition

If you have voltage at the points then and if  you short across and get spark 
then the system is working though the coil and up  to the points.
Fisrt clean and reset points or replace them then check rotor  and cap. Must 
in this area. also the capasitor could be bad but if points are  not burned 
then i would think that it was OK.
