[AJD] RE: JD B flywheel crank

I still have the original steering wheel crank adapter that came with my 
Dad's 47 B which he bought new early that year. Unfortunately I don't have 
the rest of the tractor to go with it. We never attempted to use the adapter 
to start it when it had a dead battery. Like Dean we always either pull 
started or jumped the battery. It always seemed to me like a pretty ugly way 
to start one.
