John: If you are checking  (draining water) after it has sat for an 
extended period of time the water will settle out. Check immediately 
after running and see if the oil is murky. It may be condensation but 
sounds as if you have a leaky exhaust or gasket somewhere that is 
letting a small amount of water leak into the system. Are you using a 
high pressure washer to clean it? That will get water into a tractor 
faster than opening a facet. I have seen air cleaners that water would 
leak into be the culprit of such.
