[AT] 460 diesel

An IH 460 followed me home this weekend.  It is not running.  The injector pump has been rebuilt.  The previous owner said he had it running but it was blowing raw fuel out of the exhaust.  Are there any ideas on why it will be doing this?  I need a set of service manuals for it also.  Does anyone have the number for Binders Books?  I have had good luck getting good manuals from them.
