[AT] an old Farmall F-12

A couple weeks ago, one of the family asked me if I would like
to have an old Farmall F-12 tractor that is sitting on their property.
I understand the property is sold and the buyer is not interested in
it. Neither am I as I am not interested in restoring anything this old
unless it was an Allis Chalmers or John Deere.

This tractor has been sitting outside for years and may only
be suitable for parts. It is on full steel both front and rear. Gas
tank has a bullet hole in it if I remember right. Seat is rusted thru
and off the solid post it sits on.

It is close to the road and could be winched on to a roll back
the way it looked to me the last time I saw it.

Location is in the lower Hudson Valley in New York State and
about 15 miles from the intersection of the NYS Thruway and I-84.

The owner is very busy and does not want to have to spend time
on this matter. He doesn't know anything about the tractor except he
would like it to go to someone who needs it or would restore it. He is
not going to help load or ship it. Whoever gets it would be on their own.

Contact me off List if interested and I will see if it is still
there and help if I can.
