[AT] Arc Welding ?

Harbor Freight   has them on sale from time to time as low as 50 bucks.  I 
have one Photo cell powered no batteries needed and works great.  I have the 
same trouble as some with wanting to move the hood up or down when striking 
the arc or finishing the bead.
