[Steam-engine] Need Help

I am nearly done doing a UT inspection on my boiler
and am pretty happy with what I have found.  There are
some questions left which must be answered by someone
who knows more than I do.  I really want someone to
come around, have a look, and tell me what they think.
 I'm not sure who to ask or where to look.  The engine
is located in Evansville, IN.  Any suggestions?  We
don't have state traction engine inspections here.
