Is there a good on-line resource for older model chainsaws - in particular Stihl and Jonsered.

A question I have in particular is in regards to a model 535 Jonsered (about 15 years old). It has a scored piston and cylinder, but is otherwise in great shape (previous owner forgot to mix the gas). Rather than spend the big bucks on new parts, I've seen used "parts saws" go reasonable on ebay. What I'd like to know is what other model saw would have pistons and cylinders that would fit (I assume that many of these engines are modular sharing the same bottom end and stroke, only differing by the cylinder bore). Would perhaps a 525 or a 520 cylinder/piston combo work, or a 625? Obviously I'd be enlarging or reducing the engine displacement, but all I care is that the saw will run and cut (it currently has a 16" bar, so a smaller displacement engine will still have adequate power).

For Stihl, I have a 20+ year old 031 AV that also supposedly suffered the same fate of running on straight gas. After having sat on my shelf for 5 years, I pulled it down last weekend, cleaned the carb, and it fired up and ran great - I proceded to cut 1/2 a cord of firewood. Would be nice to have a resource to go to for parts and other info if one existed on-line.

Thanks!
