Walt, you should try that trip down to Buffalo in an ICE Storm. I was
pulling(?) a 5th wheel camper with 6 other guys in a late October mule deer
hunt and almost got caught up at 10,000' in a storm. Got out ok but had ice
down to about 4,000'.   7 "runaway truck" turnouts on the way down. 5 other
rigs went over the side. NOT a fun trip. I remember it like it was yesterday
but it was over 30 years ago. Powder River Pass is quite a trip tho.  John
