I second what Dean has said.  My Mom had two brothers in the South Pacific
and Dad had one brother there and one in Europe.  I wish at least one of
them were still here and could make that trip.

Sometimes ... like now ... a guy just gets overwhelmed with gratitude at
what our service men and women have done for this country.

I know this is far off topic.  Forgive me, but I want to share how proud I
am of these guys.  My make-believe brother, Dick, his natural brother Lee,
and Dick's son Rick are in Washington for the dedication of the WWII
veterans' memorial.  Dick served in the Marine Corps in the Pacific.  Lee
served in the Army the European theater.  Rick served in the Navy during
Viet Nam.

Dick and Lee are nearing 80 and I'm really pleased they could go and
represent the Willers for this well deserved honor.
