[AT] OT - JD STX38 fuel problems

Mike, not to be "smart" but does the fuel filter have a direction arrow for
the right direction of fuel flow? Some will only work in one direction??? Is
the filter you have one of those? Try reversing it and check the flow
quantity before rehooking to the carb.  JG
