[AT] OFF TOPC - we are entering the 21's century - DSL

We have just found out that we can now get DSL out here in the boondocks. I
ordered it today. Should have it up and running in 5 to 7 days. It's about
time. Looks like my deanvp at att.net email address will be one of the
casualties though in 30 days. Small inconvenience for improved services past
two tin cans and a waxed string! The real world finally got out here in the
boonies. 

The only alternative has been to use satellite services but it didn't
provide what was needed. It's Christmas in May. :-)  Oh happy day!
