[AT] John Deere M value?

Hello all,

   I will be attending this auction this weekend:

   If you check the link, have a look at the tractor on the top right corner 
- is this a John Deere "M"?  It looks like a nice little project and am 
curious about aproximate value of this machine.  Anyone have any ball-park 
numbers as to what it might be worth?  Are these hard to find parts for?

   Have a look at the rear wheels on that Case L too!  Pretty cool eh?!
